I headed there in high spirits, thinking I could catch something.

And the fish population is incredibly dense!!

According to what the store manager heard at the reception, Kai Salmon Red is Kai salmon that is fed grape pomace used in winemaking in Yamanashi, and is rich in polyphenols.
