Today isSusono Fishing ParkI went to visit Mr./Ms., so I thought I'd write a fishing report about it 📝

 

Now, my weekly fishing trip always begins with a meeting to decide on our destination.

 

The purpose of this

Because of these five points, I went to Susono-san, where they release fish on weekdays and you can catch a lot of fish (you can try out different reactions!)

 

Last time, I went straight to the MIX pond (the lowest pond) to practice landing, so I was starting to get a bit carried away with the desire to fish in the upper pond.

(Landing in the upper pond is a life-or-death struggle, so if you take it lightly and think it's just practice, your line will be cut in an instant.)

Moreover, if you look at the upper pond, it looks like it could fit two people somehow...

We hadn't prepared any tackle for the upper pond, so we were really worried, but we convinced ourselves that "it should be fine with nylon, right? If we just loosen the drag and take our time..." and decided to stop by the upper pond for a bit.

 

There wasn't enough space to line up, so the manager sat at the back left from the entrance, and I sat at the front right.

I feel a little conflicted, torn between sadness at not catching a big fish and joy that my lure and line are safe.

Well, fishing without proper preparation can bring misfortune, so we decided to just go for the MIX and headed straight for the action.

 

The surface of the MIX looked good, so I wanted to use it again after a long time.HUNT 0.4gI caught one fish by buzzing.

By the way, while I was casting various lures, the manager was catching a lot of fish with a minnow again.

He was so reluctant to let go of the minnow that I couldn't help but ask him, "Don't you need to use the Yellow Wolf?"

The store manager then said, "It looks like it would be good for surface lures too!" and joined in the surface game with a Yellow Wolf and Dekamits.

Then, it seemed to hook automatically!

Wow, this is a solid tip!!!

The manager was very pleased with the scales.

 

On the other hand, I think I should try harder with minnows, so I'll get some lessons on them next time.

I was told that there was a strange force being applied when the fish rose to the surface, and once again, I caught another fish right away!!

It's really important to know how to use it!!

 

From there, I caught a few fish using Kibipani and other methods, but I couldn't figure out the hitting pattern.

Recently, Kotobuki-chan has become my favorite 😆

I'm not sure if it's okay to say that it was good practice for releasing fish, but I had fun fishing so I called it OK.

The G-SWORD lure flies well despite its length, and the feeling of reeling is transmitted so well that I can really understand what is happening in the water, which was impressive😍

It bends well and doesn't easily get away, so it's a great rod that's perfect for someone like me who's not very good at landing fish!

 

Now that the release has settled down, we will try out a sample of Original Color.

This time I tried Hallelujah GG and RGLCMAX!

I'm sure you'll catch something now.

But there were a lot of seaweed and leaves in the mixed pond, so I struggled to reel it in properly.

I haven't been to many big ponds recently, so I'm ashamed to say that I'm not that familiar with LCMAX yet.

I got a bite when I started reeling it in, and when it got close the fish started charging at me like crazy, so it had great potential, but for some reason it just wouldn't get caught!

I search for a hit pattern by raising and lowering the rod, increasing and decreasing the reeling speed, adding action, and changing hooks.

Then, with the rod raised quite high and straight against the line, slowly reeling it along the bottom works perfectly, and you'll catch a fish with every cast!

I practice every time I catch a fish, and I think I've gotten a little better, but since I said I wanted to catch 1,000 fish, I have to practice more.

This lure is incredibly effective at catching fish, so I've been using it as a helpful lure for beginners and as a way to relax during the tough times of summer, but I've recently realized that it can also be used for landing practice.

I put it on right away and caught a lot of fish as usual.

I caught about 0.7 times the number of times I cast. Amazing!

We were told over and over again that when landing the fish, it was important not to let the tension on the line slip, so we kept that in mind and worked carefully.

As I tried changing the position of my body and twisting my wrists, I finally felt like I was getting the hang of it!!

The store manager took a photo of me saying, "I'll capture how much you've grown!" but the only thing that stood out was how uncool the towel around my neck was.

 

Finally, I decided to practice bottom fishing, which I've been losing sight of a little lately, and tried casting various lures, but I still couldn't quite get it right.

Algae makes everything difficult!!

I didn't give up and tried using a bigger lure and adding some action,B Spark's Orange FoxI got hooked!

If you're wearing fluffy bottoms, a bright color like this might be a good choice.

 

Finally, I caught a trout using this foxfish and called it a day.

The manager next to me finished his fishing with his specialty minnow.

 

We had a great time fishing today!

Until now, I've only focused on how many fish I could catch when I went fishing, but it's fun to set a goal when fishing.

I'm going to start thinking about what my goal will be next time I go fishing.
