Issues with Premium Membership and Countermeasures (from March 1, 2023)

Since March 1, 2023, our website has been experiencing issues related to premium membership.

1. Event

　1) The free shipping coupon that should be automatically applied when a premium member purchases a product is not applied.

　2) Premium members cannot use point discounts (points are awarded for purchases without any problems).

2. Countermeasures

　We are currently investigating the cause with the system company that this site uses.

3. Alternative measures

　-Manually apply the free shipping coupon (coupon code: P1)

　*This coupon code is only available to premium members.

　・Manually issue coupons for the amount of points you want to use (please contact us via LINE or email and we will issue the coupons you want to use).
