Customers can now cancel orders and change delivery addresses themselves

We have implemented new features such as "order cancellation" and "shipping address change."

Order cancellation function

When you order products from our online store,Only within 10 minutes of orderingYou can now cancel your order.
Please note that we will not be able to accept cancellations of orders after 10 minutes have passed.
In addition, the cancelled item will be immediately reflected in our inventory, making it available for another customer to purchase.
Please note that even if you try to purchase again, the item may be out of stock.

"Shipping address change function"

You can now change the shipping address for your order.
Changes can be made until we begin preparing the delivery.
Once preparation begins, you will not be able to make any changes.So please be careful.

You can change this from the order completion screen or your account page after logging in.

The cancel button will disappear 10 minutes after placing your order.

 

We have received many inquiries such as "I ordered the wrong product because I was in a hurry" or "I registered the wrong shipping address," so we have implemented this feature.

If unexpected abuse occurs, we may have no choice but to consider removing the function. We ask for your cooperation in limiting use of the feature.

Also, please refrain from canceling or changing your address in order to try out the new features.
