1) Changes to the point system
A new points system will be introduced.
This work is expected to enable us to resume accepting new premium memberships, for which we had previously stopped accepting applications.
All currently held points will be carried over to the new system. (※1)
Please note that the way points are viewed and used will change.
More details will be provided after maintenance is complete.
2) Changing the homepage layout
We plan to make major changes to the page layout to make product searches easier than ever before.
We will update the contents of individual pages, such as how to use the online shop and how to use points, with the latest information.
3) Page Speed
We are taking measures to address the slowdown in the processing speed of our website/online store.
We aim to speed up page transitions.
(※1) Normally, points are awarded for in-store pickup orders and pre-order orders when the product is picked up or shipped, but with this change, points are awarded for all orders. Please understand that the number of points you have may have fluctuated.
Our goal is to complete steps 1) to 3) within the maintenance time.
We will report the results again after maintenance is complete.
