This time, we will be reporting on Atom's fishing trip on Christmas Eve, December 24th.

Apparently, he has been working hard to turn her, a beginner, into a fishing girl!

This time we visited Susono Fishing Park.

　

　

This was my second time fishing with my girlfriend.

We both overslept and arrived at 8:15.

The upper pond was full so we went to the lower pond.

The inlet at the lower pond was open, so we went in there.

　

It's worrying that there isn't a single red fish to be seen, even though they usually hide in the inlet...

However, today's goal is not lean meat, but "Get her to love fishing!"is.

The first lure I had her throw was a Peacock 0.5g Brown.

"Throw it really far out and reel it in as slowly as you can. If you don't catch anything, try poking the rod with your index finger while reeling it in," he advised, and right away he got a bite!

It seems that the effect of the spiky wrap was outstanding.

　

However, they had a hard time setting the hook (after setting the hook, for some reason they would return the rod to the position before setting the hook, which would cause the tension to drop and the fish to give up), so they struggled but still enjoyed themselves.

　

While she was busy catching fish, I was lost in my own fishing and finally it was time to release the fish!!

When hunting released fish in Susono, the 1.8g Orekin is the way to go!

You can catch so many fish it's crazy.

It's natural to catch one fish with each cast. Even if you lose one, the next one will bite right away, and it will develop into a heart-racing battle!!

　

　

I let her try spoon fishing, as she had only ever used feather lures before, and handed her today's big hit, a 1.8g heart.

As always, I'm not good at hooking and often lose the fish, but it seems I was able to enjoy the different bites compared to using a feather lure.

　

I handed over the 1.8g Kokoro and next chose the "Banna 1.4g Maspanii Release Glow" that I had bought the last time I went to work.

This is also amazing!! The released fish were moving in a school, and this camera caught all of the fish in the school!

The released fish were right in front of us the whole time, so we didn't let the school escape.

The t-Route original color Vanna 1.4g Liberty also won in succession!

　

　

This was my first time using the Banna 1.4g, but the fish I caught were amazing, thanks to the Maspani and the original color, and I've become a big fan.

　

Although we weren't aiming for the red meat, we still wanted to buy some souvenirs, so we moved on.

We used the BUG 0.8g N red spot, the strongest lure for hunting red meat in the lower pond!

Although the BUG is a micro spoon, it is extremely compatible with redfish, and in the past it has been used by anglers who have caught three redfish, including one complimentary redfish, in two hours.

The only drawback is that it is surprisingly good with red fish, and the onslaught of average-sized fish makes it difficult to concentrate on hunting red fish. This is the fate of lures that catch fish, so the same goes for Invite and Peacock (^^;

　

I caught small trout in succession with N red points!

I was thinking about taking some photos soon, but then it suddenly stopped (^^;

I was taken away by a normal Niji-chan.

I tried different colors, but I couldn't catch any red fish...

Other than that, we caught a lot of blue silver.

My next choice is the Invite 0.3g No. 03. This color and No. 7 are my favorites, and they are essential items for red meat hunting.

When I cast, they came one after the other to bite, all average size. It was an invite, as expected. The catch was very good. But it wasn't quite as good as the red meat...

　

　

Introducing the ultimate weapon: Peacock 1.2g Dark Brown!

Since there was no red meat within sight, we switched to a strategy of trying to hit it multiple times.

For some reason, I felt like the bottom wasn't working very well, so I started using finger knocks to pull the bait through the middle layer.

And then we finally met the first complimentary red meat!

　

　

This one was the first and last.

As the afternoon progressed, the catch began to decline, and combined with the cold weather, we stopped fishing around 4:00 p.m.

　

On the way back, we had dinner at Kitahachi, located about 10 minutes from Susopa.

Pickled rice bowls are always delicious!!
