It's been a while! I'm the assistant manager!

Today is my first fishing report in six months!

 

During that time, our second child was born, the store celebrated its third anniversary, and the manager and I gained quite a bit of weight.

 

My second child is finally three months old and I can leave him with someone, so today I'm finally going fishing!!!

 

This time, the destination isSusono Fishing Park🐟

The purpose is to practice landing.

To sum up, I was told "The landing was terrible" so I knew I had to do something about it.

(That's a nice way to say it ☺️)

 

Since we were practicing landing, I was determined not to go near the upper pond, but when I looked at the upper pond, there was enough space for two people even though it was a Saturday.😍

I said, "Just a little bit..." and the calm manager stopped me, and I was able to safely reach the mixed pond.

 

I was impressed by the density of fish, the liveliness of the fish, and the clarity of the water, and chose the following lure as my first lure.Rikuze!

I chose a gold color and got a lot of winnings!

They sometimes eat four times in one retrieve.

However, none of them caught on the hook...

Everyone just munches on it and doesn't eat a hearty meal.

 

I talked to the store manager and he said to try changing the hook!MK Sharp Triple STo.

This also doesn't cost anything.

I then changed to the recently released Triple S wide and finally caught it!

I was able to do it, but I had already thrown it too much and the reaction was dropping.

Setting the hook is difficult...

 

After that, I tried rotating the colors and switched to other Liquor, but I didn't catch a lot of fish.

However, I somehow got the impression that today I like green and gold colors and long, slender silhouettes like the Drift Spin and Liquorice.😆

 

I felt that spoons had their limits, so I switched to cranks, which I am relatively good at.

However, I thought a shorter rod would be better for landing the fish, so I used a 55mm rod, but contrary to my expectations, it kept escaping.

It may be a matter of getting used to it, but I like the style of using a long rod that catches the fish fairly automatically without having to set the hook.

So I worked hard in the second half to land it with this rod!

I recently got some advice to "pull while twisting your wrist outwards" and when I put it into practice, it felt really good!

I feel like I've finally graduated from the level where it's considered "terrible" 💪

 

Meanwhile, the sun was rising and it was getting harder to crank.

This is when you need Nyoro!

I tried throwing various Nyoro that I had on hand and comparing them.

I threw a few other prototypes, but they couldn't beat Kotobuki, and I wasn't able to get results that would make me think, "Let's release it!"

 

At this exact moment, the release truck appears!!!

It was such good timing that I wondered if they had seen us!

The fish in KOF reacted so well that they kept headbutting each other and making it difficult to eat, which got us really excited!!!

On the other hand, the store manager was further away from the release than me, but he caught just as many fish as me!

This is my first fishing trip report in a while, and I'm really excited, so it's getting longer and longer, so I'll list the lures that were a hit after that.
