Points expire 180 days after your last purchase.

on Sep 04 2024

With the update of the point system, the expiration date of points can now be updated every time you make a purchase!

If you shop once every six months, you can keep your points forever, so you can shop with more peace of mind than ever before without worrying about the points' expiration date.

The details of the changes are as follows:

[Before change]
Points will be awarded when the product is shipped and will expire 180 days after they are awarded.

[After change]
All points currently held will expire at the time of placing the order.180 days from the date the order was placedwill be extended to.

[Important Notice!]

(1) Please note that there will be no change in the timing of points being awarded; they will be awarded when the product is shipped. (If you order a 100 yen pre-order item on January 1st, the expiration date of the points you held up to that point will be updated to May 30th. If this item is shipped on July 1st, the 5 points generated by this order will be awarded on July 1st, with an expiration date of 180 days from that date. If you have not made a purchase during that time, all of your points will expire, and you will be left with 5 points.)

(2) If the order itself is canceled, the expiration date update will be canceled and the original expiration date will be restored. If part of the order is canceled (for example, if the product was not available due to simultaneous payments or inventory discrepancies and only some products were canceled), the expiration date update will not be canceled.

(3) I changed the settings when I published this blog. Changing the settings alone will not retroactively update the expiration date. The expiration date for all points will be updated the next time you shop.

The contents of this important notice are a little complicated, but we hope that it will make your shopping experience a little less stressful.

We look forward to your continued support of t-Route.
