- Customers who purchased the product in store

　→We will contact you by phone and then provide a replacement product either in store or via delivery.

- Customers who purchased the relevant product from the online shop

　→We will send you a replacement product.

*The replacement products are scheduled to arrive on Saturday, January 21st. All items will be shipped on the same day.

*As a token of our appreciation, we will award 200 loyalty points to customers who purchase the applicable product.

This time, we were unable to thoroughly inspect the product and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.

I think this has also disappointed those who have used the lure.
