表層スプーニングの釣りでは、水面でバイトが見える場面も多く、 釣り人が合わせる動作の中で魚が掛かる状況がよくあります。
またミノーの釣りでは、ルアーを引き続ける動作の中で魚が掛かることも多くなります。 このような釣りでは掛けやすい形状のフックを選ぶよりも、 バラシを防ぐ形状のフックを使うことで結果として釣果が安定する場合があります。
ミノー、表層スプーニングなど、 ルアーを引く動作の中で魚を掛けていく釣りに適した ホールド性能重視のフックです。
