熟成を簡単にして魚を美味しく仕上げられる
少しお高いですが味は相当違う -

高いのは高いです。
しかしながら効果は本物
マスを含めなんの魚でも熟成させたい時これを選ぶととりあえず間違いないです -

丸のままの魚を塩焼きにしたいならピチットシートレギュラー。皮がついていればいい具合に水分を吸収してくれてイイ感じ。おろした身を保存するのはあんまりおすすめしません。（身割れする事あり）
自家製の干物（一夜干し）には最適。ニジマス・アジ・アユ、なんでも卸して塩水に漬けた魚をキッチンペーパーで拭いて冷蔵庫の中で一日置けば、夏でもしっとり干物の出来上がり。ワカサギならば開かなくても一夜干し。
水分がもっと飛んだ仕上がりが好みならスーパーで。
30cmくらいのニジマスなら、頭を落として開いて３～4匹を2枚のシートで挟んで使うのでせっかく買うなら32枚がお得です。 -
