t-Route is a store specializing in Area Trout Fishing.
We deliver our products all around the world.
"SHIP ALL AT ONCE" services
- We provide a "ship all at once" service. You can order our product several times and then we can ship them all together. This may help you save some shipping fee. It is also convenient for securing popular products that sells out quickly. Please check entry 9 for more details.
- We do not accept cancellations and changes to an order after it has been placed.
- We synchronize our online stock with our storefront stock, so there may be cases where we cannot prepare the item you purchased. When this happens, we will refund the products that we could not prepare after we contact you on your registered e-mail address, then send the remaining products.
- All exchanges related to orders will be performed in English or Japanese. If a communication error occurred, causing problems that are not resolved after a long time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- No charges will be incurred to the customer in the case of order cancellations caused by the aforementioned reasons or no delivery.
- You can pay using credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, GooglePay etc.

- The shipping fee will be shown at the cart page.
- We can ship to countries all over the world, however, depending on the international situation at the time of order, the international post service may be suspended. Further, we may be unable to ship with the shipping fee established originally. When this happen, we will contact you at your registered e-mail address to decide whether to pay the additional shipping fee or to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, then we will handle the processing fee.
- Large products like fishing rods and tackle boxes will cost you additional fees. The shipping fee will be shown on your check out page.
Shipping and delivery
- We will ship the item within 3 business days after the order.
- Mondays are Tuesdays are our regular closing days.
- After we have shipped the order, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
Checking delivery status
- You can check the delivery status by the tracking number on your order list using the tracking number from the shipping notification we sent. Please note that we cannot track packages that have left Japan from our end.
- In the case that the product is lost or damaged, a restitution will be paid by the delivery company, with the maximum amount as follows EMS: 20,000 JPY、Normal delivery (Japan Post); 6,000 JPY If you wish to claim, please contact us.
- If the product is shipped back to us for some reason or another, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to ship the item again or to cancel the shipment.
If the item is shipped back to us before leaving Japan
- Ship again: We will handle the fees.
- Cancel: We will refund the full price including the shipping fee.
If the item is shipped back to us after leaving Japan
- Ship again: We will charge you for the shipping fee again, and we will ship the product after we have confirmed the payment.
- Cancel: We will refund the product price excluding the shipping fee.
Ship at once service
- Select "Pick up at store" at the delivery selection screen.
- After you have made several orders and want us to ship them, please select "Normal delivery" or "Express delivery" (only available for some regions) .
- The products that we kept in our store will be included in the packaging to be shipped.
- Large products are not applicable to this service. If you purchase these items and select "Pick up at store", we will charge you for the shipping fee and ship the product.
