We are currently experiencing issues with premium membership, and are no longer accepting new members. We would like to report on the current situation and future plans as follows: ① Premium members cannot use points. ② When premium members make a purchase, free shipping coupons are not automatically applied and must be entered manually. ①The issue has been resolved. ② We expect to be able to resolve this issue by performing system maintenance. (Even after the issue is resolved, it is likely that you will still need to manually enter coupons when using points.) We will be carrying out system maintenance in March and are working to resolve issue ②. Once the system maintenance is complete, we plan to resume recruiting new premium members.
